We are registered under the The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) referred to as PDP Act 2010 which has been amended to PDP (Amendment)Act 2024, under Act A1727. The Malaysia government body overseeing this regulation is the Personal Data Protection Commissioner Office, an agency under the Digital Ministry.
